
Refund Policy
At Ricovi, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be canceled, returned, or refunded.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
1.1 Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, contact support@ricovi.com with your order details.
1.2 After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may proceed with a return request as per our Return Policy.
2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as final sale or non-refundable.

Used, damaged, or altered products.

Custom-made or personalized items.
2.3 Return Process:

Contact support@ricovi.com to initiate a return request.

Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returned products must be shipped in their original packaging. If unavailable, customers must contact Ricovi for authorized replacement packaging at an additional cost.
2.4 Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact support@ricovi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
3.2 Ricovi will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3.3 Customers must return the defective product as per Ricovi's RMA process. If the defect is verified, Ricovi will provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the defect cannot be verified, Ricovi reserves the right to deny the claim or return the product at the customer's expense.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
4.1 Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.
4.2 If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued based on our Refund Policy.
4.3 Customers may be offered an advance replacement option at Ricovi's discretion, requiring credit card information before shipment. If the defective product is not returned within 30 days, the full MSRP of the replacement will be charged.
