1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 These Terms apply to all users, including customers, distributors, and resellers of Ricovi products and services.
1.2 Ricovi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. PRODUCT PURCHASE AND WARRANTY
2.1 Ricovi offers a Limited Product Warranty, which applies to all products sold in authorized markets. The warranty details can be found at https://www.ricovi.com/warranty/.
2.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for specified periods depending on the product category. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or natural disasters.
2.3 To file a warranty claim, users must provide proof of purchase and comply with Ricovi’s warranty procedures.
3. USE OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
3.1 Ricovi products must be used following the provided manuals, guidelines, and instructions.
3.2 Users shall not misuse Ricovi products, including but not limited to unauthorized repairs, alterations, or integrations with non-approved third-party hardware.
3.3 Ricovi is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 Ricovi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services or products.
4.2 Ricovi's maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Returns are accepted only for defective products covered under Ricovi’s Limited Warranty and subject to the return process outlined in our warranty policy.
5.2 Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any products. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
5.3 Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning products unless otherwise specified.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All content on Ricovi’s website, including trademarks, logos, product designs, and text, is the exclusive property of Ricovi and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian judiciary.
7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled through arbitration or mediation before seeking legal action in court.
